Reins (“the App”) is developed and maintained by İbrahim Çetin (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the App.

2. Reins Pro Purchases

The App offers optional Reins Pro purchases that unlock additional features.

  • Subscription: Monthly and Annual plans are auto-renewable subscriptions billed through your Apple ID via the App Store.
  • Lifetime: The Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase and does not renew.
  • Free Trial: The Annual plan includes a 1-week free trial for new subscribers. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for the annual subscription.
  • Billing: Purchases are billed through your Apple ID via the App Store. Payment is charged upon purchase confirmation, or at the end of the free trial period for eligible subscriptions.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • Cancellation: To cancel, go to your Apple ID Account Settings, select Subscriptions, tap Reins, and cancel from there.
  • Refunds: All purchases are subject to Apple’s refund policy. We do not issue refunds directly.

3. Your Inference Backend

The App connects to an Ollama server that you provide and control. You are solely responsible for the security and operation of your server. We are not responsible for any issues arising from your server configuration. Prompts, chat content, images, and other data you submit in the App are sent only to the server address you configure.

4. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the App — including its name, icon, design, and code — remain the property of İbrahim Çetin. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the App or its assets.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device or server configuration. AI-generated content is produced entirely by your own server — we make no representations about its accuracy or reliability.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including data loss, service interruptions, or reliance on AI-generated content.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of the App will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Türkiye.
